The National Corvair Museum is in the process of developing relationships and partnerships with corporations and businesses that will hopefully bring benefit to all concerned.

Paramount among these relationships is ours with General Motors (GM).  GM has granted certain rights to the National Corvair Museum and the Corvair Preservation Foundation through the establishment of a Letter of Agreement (LOA) which includes licensed use of certain GM trademarks and copyrights.

This is only the second time that GM has taken this historic action of partnering with a national museum representing their brand.  The LOA from GM provides endorsement to national support efforts toward the preservation of historically significant automobiles and keeping the Chevrolet Corvair active in a positive manner.

As an example of their support, GM filed for the federal trademark of the National Corvair Museum on behalf of Corvair Preservation Foundation.
